Bellafill is the only dermal filler that stimulates collagen growth long-term to help maintain your youthful appearance for up to 5 years in nasolabial folds. The five-year Bellafill study is the largest and longest prospective dermal filler study ever completed.
Belafill contains tiny polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) microspheres suspended within a smooth collagen gel. Polymethyl methacrylate is a biocompatible material that has been safely used for medical purposes for more than 65 years.
Once injected, the collagen gel immediately reduces the look of smile lines. Over time, your body uses these microspheres to create a scaffold onto which natural collagen can develop. This collagen forms a foundation that adds volume, reducing the appearance of wrinkles and giving you natural-looking results. Bellafill® replaces lost volume in the skin below the indentation for correction that is both immediate and lasting.
WHAT TO EXPECT
In a consultation, the doctor or nurse injector evaluates the skin's health and wrinkles in the middle and lower third of the face. This evaluation helps develop an individual plan for the appropriate amount of Bellafill to use during treatment.
BELLAFILL POST-TREATMENT CARE
Patients may return to normal activities right away. Some patients may experience temporary swelling, redness, pain, bruising, lumps or bumps, itching, and discoloration at the treatment site. These symptoms are usually temporary, resolving within 1 to 7 days.
EXPECTED COST
A Belafill treatment usually consists of two to five syringes. Costs may start at $900, but discounts are offered based on the number of syringes. Keep in mind the product lasts up to five years!
