This patient has seen me intermittently for many years. I happen to have an early photo from years previous, but shows such a profound difference compared to her now after facelift with me.
Front view shows elimination of plastysmal banding and redefining of the jaw line. She also had her brows lifted and an eyelid lift.
This patient had a previous facelift done by a different surgeon. She now feels like the sagging has returned and she did not like her scar placement or her earlobes.
The angle of the jaw is defined just a bit more, the old scar has been removed and the new one is virtually invisible. The earlobe looks much more natural with “pixie ear” corrected.
